The Glory of God (Exodus 33:18-23; 34:6-9)

Main Point: God’s glory is in His goodness and character, and that calls for a response of worship.

1. The glory of God is seen in God’s power and majesty  

2. The glory of God is seen in His attributes:

•  Merciful / Compassionate
• Gracious
• Slow to anger
• Keeping steadfast love for thousands
• Forgiving – iniquity, transgression and sin
• Not clearing the guilty 

3. Our response to the glory of God

•  Worship
• Bearing fruit in character
• Bearing fruit in sharing the gospel

• How will I glorify God this coming week?
