– What is an area of gifting or potential others have affirmed you?

– Has the Lord planted a calling to serve Him in a specific capacity? Talk to a church leader about it.

– What is a gifting/potential (song leader, teacher, musician, leader etc.) you observe in a brother or sister? Affirm the person of your potential and pray for the person to serve the Lord in that area.
